To find out more about any goods or services through different mediums, not limited to our Website or Landing pages, Social Media Accounts, Opt-In Lead Generation Form, Referral Introduction, Short Messaging Service (SMS), Electronic Data Mailer (EDM), Emails, WhatsApp, Face to Face Meeting or Virtual Zoom or Microsoft Meetings.

  • Account means an individual account created for you or your Business to access our website to perform any booking.

It helps render the Service on behalf of the Business firm and perform related services or assist the Business firm in analysing how it is used.   • With Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, which will require those affiliates to honour this Privacy Policy. Any information sharing with affiliates shall follow the PDPA act 2020.

 

  • With Business Partners: We may share your information with our Business partners to offer you appropriate products, services or promotions.

  • With other users: when You share personal information or interact in public areas, it may be viewed by all users and disseminated outside. Suppose you interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service. Your contacts may see Your name, profile pictures, and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users can view Your activity, communicate with You, and view Your profile.

The Business firm will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your information, Personal Data, is processed at the Business firm’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. 


We do transfer your Personal Data out of Singapore, especially in India, for the support of website maintenance. In all cases, we shall protect your personal data under the PDPA Act 2020. 

 

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer. The Business firm will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and under this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of Your data and other personal information.
